Decided on this item (the DS70T version) floor mounted dimmer when found available.Item arrived fast and secure - no damage found.Found it to b well designed and manufactured as well - (as well as oem at a far better price point).Tried it out as a replacement for an old worn out ?original?IF no repairs needed - this is an EZ swap - 2 bolts and an existing terminal hookup - done.Results - perfect fitment and operated as intended ... very responsive clicks.Another oldie but goodie currently being restored here ('67 GTO) takes the 'DS72T' version.The differences being in the configuration of the connection - (placement of the terminal pins).The item here's good in all aspects without any issues which only made for a great deal found.IF it lasts even a few years in the duration dept. - it was still a wise choice at its listed price point.Do recommend either version when in need as a good alternative replacement to oem or to those of higher cost.
