This bra has a lovely feeling, but it is not very firm on the breast itself. It has lots of underside and back support though. It is much more comfortable than the hospital one. Their sizing chart is very confusing though. How can a SMALL go from 32 to 36C. Additionally, I found the shoulder straps were too short.

Nice comfortable compression bra is soft and provides full coverage all the way around. The fabric has a silky feel to it while the band offers great support without riding up. Secure front closures offer plenty of adjustments to the amount of compression needed/desired. This bra provides full coverage with no peek-a-boo areas or spillage. I normally wear a 36 DD or XL. This bra's XL fit me perfectly with the hooks being fastened on the second or third row inward (depending on what I need that day). Bra stayed in place throughout the day while I worked outside. Lots of bending over and reaching. Everything stayed in place. Great bra for keeping the bosom in place.

I ordered 3 front closure bras for post surgical recovery. This brand absolutely gave the most comfortable and natural feeling support during recovery. I seemed to always grab this one first.It’s a little challenging to get used to all the hooks. Hubby helped the first few days, but after I felt better they are easier to handle.Washed well in the washing machine.

After undergoing a bilateral mastectomy and breast reconstruction with implants, I've tried multiple types of front-hook compression bras over a 5-month period. This is one of my favorites for wearing under office clothes. I feel secure and supported while I'm working throughout the day. Whether it's bending over or trying to reach in an awkward position, my breasts stay firmly in place. This is extremely important for breast reconstruction patients. Firm support is needed or the internal stitches holding muscle and breast pocket in place might rip or become compromised. The implant can also become displaced if not compressed adequately (bending over/reaching above head). I highly recommend this bra. Be sure to order down a size if you are between sizes. It's better to have the bra too tight than loose if you need this for compression.

This bra is a great choice for post-surgery support. The front closure is easy to use, and the adjustable straps provide a comfortable, customizable fit. The wire-free design offers gentle support without any discomfort, which is perfect for recovery after surgery.However, I’m giving it 4 stars because while the material feels soft, it’s not as breathable as cotton. It does feel soft like cotton, but I would have preferred a more breathable fabric for added comfort. Despite that, it’s still a solid, supportive bra that does the job well!

Recently had a bilateral mastectomy and am 3 weeks post reconstruction. I was originally a (tight)34C and went back to a C but lost a lot of weight in between then and now. The hospital sent me home with a ‘36’ “compression” bra after the reconstruction. I am a petite woman and had to tie the straps with a hair tie. I was wearing a sports bra I bought but it was not comfortable on the incisions. I saw this and decided to give it a try. It’s very comfortable and has super stretchy cups. I received a size small and it fits on the smallest hook. The straps stay up 100% of the time and I feel a lot more comfortable. The bottom doesn’t roll if your rib cage isn’t visible so I’m hopeful that once I regain the weight I will be able to wear this 100% of the time around the house and at work! There is plenty of room for inserts/prosthetics as well. Due to the nature of my needs I cannot feel the cup area on my own chest but it’s soft on my expander incision port sites which are very tender! I can only imagine how comfortable it would be as a regular bra for someone who has not had these surgeries. I would definitely buy more of these if they had not sold out so fast!
