Es you can see in my picture I have 27 pieces not including the blades when it says 49 pieces. I'm a Veterinary student currently studying my surgery skills on St Kitts so I have no way of getting anything shipped to me. I need 8 towel clamps that come with the kit and I only got 2 of each kind for a total of 4.The pieces themselves look decent quality but without the missing pieces it's basically useless for me.

Overall I like the pack, Was a bit confused and expected another Mayo Hegar Needle Holder in the pack, as there are already two Olsen Hegar Needle Holders included, One per each "Kit" ... not sure and not really bothered to ask seller. Some of the curved hemostats are not to well finished off, Towel Forceps not quite lined up nicely, but overall a good lot of Pakistani instruments... Good enough for veterinary work.Shipping is a definite letdown though! Shipping cost me double the value of the entire order (I stay in Thailand) , Get heavier packages from Europe and China a lot, and shipping is never that much and most of the time actually free!Am however happy to say that the seller and me had ( in my opinion ) a positive discussion on the shipping issue, and cam to a workable agreement.
