It jams easy even with the recommended load plus the teeth gets clugged easy. I used the cleaner and sharper but it didn't change much. I believe since I purchased, I needs to clean the teeth out 4 times and yes I use this often.

Working from home, it is almost mandatory to have some type of shredder these days. When I first purchased this model, I thought it might have been overkill. I still use a good deal of paper, but this unit is bigger than the one that I had at my work office. I wanted something that would stand up to a large volume of shredding -- I had a lot of paper that I needed to get rid of from the transition from office to home -- and this thing did not disappoint.It is louder than I would like, but it rips through a half-ream of paper in minutes without overheating. It has a nice sized bin and the safety features are great. As long as you follow instructions, do not overfeed it, and keep it oiled regularly, this shredder should last for years. After I retire, it will be consigned exclusively to junk mail duty.

This is a great paper shredder for the value. And it is relatively quiet which is a nice bonus. The motor seems more powerful than a standard home user would need but it's nice if you want to make quick work of a small stack of paper at one time. Very good compared to others out there.

All I can say is do not waste your money.Out the box the drawer will not close properly which prevents the shredder from working.Read the title closely. This is not a Cross-Cut Shredder, but rather a 'Duty Cross, Cut Shredder'. What heck is a 'Duty Cross'?I want a refund.
