The oem gasket is slightly larger with a larger hole pattern. There were two brands on amazon. I chose the cheaper one. I chose poorly.

This is NOT the correct Throttle Body Mounting Gasket for a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5L. It is too small. On the packaging it states "Nissan, Infiniti Passenger & TK V6."

I cleaned out my throttle body and didn't replace the gasket but ended up with some vacuum leaks. I ordered this and it's a perfect fit and replacement.

Perfect replacement for an OEM gasket. See pics for a side by side. Also in the pic with the throttle body, they are stacked on top of each other, so you can see there is no difference. Used in my 06 350z touring roadster.

I bought a new throttle body for my 2002 Nissan Altima. It didn't come with a gasket, so I bought thus one. It fit great.

I needed this gasket to replace the original one after cleaning the throttle body on a 2004 Infiniti G35x. Perfect fit, same as OEM and the car is running great now.
