Leticia Honey Blonde Mannequin Head with Hair, 20" (ASIN : B0DSP8YXW6) This mannequin head kit comes with a table clamp, and some hair clips. Poor dear has thin hair, where you can see the scalp easily - just like me! We're going to be besties! The rooted honey blond hair is not very realistic, because it looks very plastic. It has a pretty good straight texture, though, and seems good to try out non-heated techniques. The listing warns not to use any heat on the hair, but it is handy for trying out different braiding techniques, and some cutting. The head fits its clamp a little loosely, and fit my tripod stand a little tighter. It's easy to remove from both. I think this is a good starter hair mannequin, for some basic techniques.

Great for practicing a wide variety of hairstyles and creating new ones. High quality facial features and easy to secure to flat surfaces. My only gripe is that her hair is super silky smooth and pin straight, as if she's just had a Brazilian blowout, so it doesn't give allow you to practice with a wider variety of textures.

I got this so my daughter could practice hair styles and different techniques. For her age and skill as a child this is perfect. The attached hair stand is perfect and allows her to be hands free.

I got this for my child to play with making hair styles and learn some braiding techniques. The head is decently cute and hair is long and very soft. It does shed some hair. I am not overly picky over the quality of the hair though. I got it for fun and it serves it purpose. The price is decent.

This practice mannequin head with long hair is pretty nice. It definitely has synthetic hair as it says. It is long and silky. pleasant to the touch. This styling head seems like it is more ideal for use by a child, than for an adult wanting to practice hairstyles. (Real hair mannequins are easier to style than synthetic haired ones.) The face looks just as pictured, is pretty attractive in features. The skin however on this is very peach colored, more peach toned than it looks in the listing photos. The pole you see it on- that does not come with this set, just the clamp you see there, that clamps onto the edge of a table or desk or countertop.

Not sure how good this would be for anyone wanting to use it to actually practice for cosmetology. The hair is very silky synthetic hair like a doll's hair. If you are actually wanting to practice you will want your mannequin to have real hair. I can see where this would be fun for an older child to paly with and practice hairstyles, but not the best for a cosmetology student.

I didn't really expect a lot for $20 but this isn't a bad item. It actually looks like the listing and the hair is soft, which was something else I wasn't expecting. Mine didn't come with the eyelashes shown in the listing but it did come with all the other items. The clamp is just plastic so you will need to be careful with it since it isn't the most sturdy. For beginners who want to have a practice head, this works well.

I purchased this LeticiaHoney Blonde Mannequin Head with Hair 20" Synthetic Fiber Hair Practice Mannequin Head Braiding Mannequin Head for Hair Styling.I got this to brush up on my cosmetology skills.You receive a tabletop clamp stand and a few clips and accessories.The mannequin hair color is pretty-almost like a strawberry blonde.The hair is definitely 100% synthetic and has that glossy, barbie like shine and texture.This is long-over 23 inches from back of crown to longest ends.The hair has a nice tapered v-shape ends.Suitable for cutting practice, braiding etc.NO heat tools or blow dryers should be used with this synthetic hair.The reason I reduced my rating so much is that at first glance the hair looks good with minimal initial shedding (pictured), but this has an incredible, ridiculous amount of broken stubble all over the head! In all of the mannequins I've ever owned in 30 years, this is the WORST as far as breakage upon receiving. Please look at my close up images of hair stubble.I do think this mannequin has value, students, and even kids, can use this to practice with. But despite the good value (under $20) I wouldn't purchase this again myself due to the massive amount of breakage.
