Design:
The head of the spike is designed to be decorative and hold posts up to 3.5'' in diameter. The fence post anchor is made of heavy solid steel to support the fence stand firmly without the need for holes to be dug or for concrete to be poured. In addition, it cover by powder coating help anti-rust and corrosion when being in contact with soft or wet ground in a long time.

Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Place the post anchor in the desired position, take a scrap piece of wood (size 3.5''x3.5'') into it for easy insertion.
Step 2: Use a club hammer or heavy sledgehammer (not included) to hit the wood, pushing the pole into the ground. Measure by a gradual level while hammering.
Step 3: Put the wooden post into the base, then screw the stakes on both sides to fix it.

These are so great! I used them to build a fence. In hindsight, I would have done a combination of concrete as well, because they move a little in the ground, so the fence can be jostled if you push on it, but no one does that, so it may be a non issue.

I got this for my son to put a post in for a video birdfeeder camera I have this summer. Nice heavy duty steel and love the decorative touch.

This is a good product heavy duty. Had a hard time putting the post holders into the ground, For the simple fact, you could hold them square, but when pounding them in to the ground, they twisted for no reason. The screws that were sent with it don't bother with them, The heads twist off. So you've got the screw and no head could be better quality.

I love That it turned our water hose stand and something beautiful it gave it just a little extra. It was super easy to use and to put together I would definitely purchase many more of the price for the item I think was spot on good heavy duty metal.

I bought this for a retractable hose and it works great. I was concerned that it wouldn’t be sturdy enough with pulling on the hose and the hose itself is heavy but it works surprisingly well.

I am currently building a woodshed between two large pine trees. Due to the amount of roots there was no way to dig post holes so I used these instead and they worked perfectly.

The bracket has a good long stake; I suggest you use a short 4x4 to drive it into the ground. The bracket is good looking and comes with six wood screws (needs an 8mm socket or wrench, as it turns out). There's a little wobble room so you may need a level to get it fully straight before you put in the screws. The stake is long enough to be secure but also may require moist ground to get it seated. In all, I highly recommend this spike.

This is perfect for my project. It’s very well made and it looks great. I used a cedar post that I stained and put a solar light on top.
