Tips
1. The fiber head should be clean when the tester is working, For LC/MU interface, you need to buy an additional conversion adapter.
2. When not in use, please take out the battery so as not to cause leakage of the battery and lead to oxidation of the aluminum parts without conduction.

for less than 20 buck this tester does a great job. turn out the lights and you will find the breaks in fiber cables. I have bought several of these and handed them out to the guys to use and everyone loves them. Highly recomended.

The pic is my old 10mw locator next to the new 30mw.. thisbis a great product but just keep in mind that it is 3x more powerful so this means way less battery life. WAY LESS. I use these everyday and sometimes I need to keep them on all day long. The 30mw will die after a day or 2 of constant power on. The 10mw will last more than a week but obviously be less bright. This new 30mw allows me to easily find breaks in the fibers 1000s of feet more than the older 1. Just make sure you always have fresh batteries
