Used after Hurricane Milton flooding. Cut out as much of mold surfaces as possible. Spray surfaces with shockwave quat ammonia, then paint on aftershock. So far so good

We cleaned the mold with hydrogen peroxide first. Once that dried we applied 2 coats of this paint. We did this 4 months ago and have not had a problem since! I Would highly recommend this product!

I've ordered this from Amazon a couple times. It's always arrived quick and safe with the can double sealed and boxed. It's cheaper on Amazon than at local supply houses. This stuff kills mold and seals the surface to prevent mold from coming back. You really do have to remove all moldy drywall, wood, MDF. Just get rid of what's moldy. Don't try to paint this over moldy items. Then clean the area and paint it with this to seal it and prevent mold from coming back. I use a couple coats. Paint it on pretty thick. Use gloves and eye protection. It's a harsh chemical. Doesn't have much of an odor, but important to ventilate until it dries. We used it a few years ago to coat a ceiling where a musty crawl space above was causing an odor. Been odor free for years.

Does the job. We had mold remediation work done 3 years ago and this was the product the professionals used. So far it is doing the job. We needed to do replacement of some wood in the area that they had remediated so we bought this paint to use on the new wood so it would be protected as well.

I used this over the dryloc paint in my basement as dryloc isn't exactly antimicrobial. It has a nice satin finish that looks better than the flat finish of the white dryloc. No mold so far. Nice look too. Pricey, but hopefully you get what you pay for.

The product is a little thick to apply but it goes on well. It in an encapsulant and not a penetrating paint. I think it will solve my mold blocking problem and I am glad I found it on Amazon.

So far so good! I didn’t expect for it to minimize the slight odor but it has which is a plus! The seller is great! I opened the package, dreading my task, and there was a very funny surprise!
