My name is Gohar Siddiqi and I am the owner of the company Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc. based out of Atlanta. I started from our home garage and have built it to be a full time business employing great resources with an exceptional mastermind group. I started in 1999 with a small investment taking orders for custom soccer balls, in 2008 we launched our family of CE (Cricket sports products). I used to work by myself in the early stages of the business doing programming, SEO, graphics work, etc., and now have a great team that shares the work.
We have experienced a lot of growth since 1999 and I am now devoted full time to our company. We have a great combination of minds working together to make our company a big success, looking forward to expanding in the coming years.

It has been decades since i have played, but I have been helping my niece learn the basics and its been really fun. It is crazy how much you can remember when given the chance. I love the colors of the ball, it helps find it when it goes to far. and the dog has gotten it many times and its still very nice.

Like the title says, this ball is smooth. It's almost like the sheen of a nice new bowling ball. My daughter thought the look of the ball was "cool" so I'll call that a win. The size and weight seem right. It's always good to keep an extra ball or two in your field hockey bag.

The practice field hockey ball works great. It rolls smoothly across the grass. The color makes it easy to find when the shot goes into the weeds. The ball is well balanced without flat spots.

So you can take this ball and place it under your back (it's not comfortable, but bear with me). Roll on it so that it applies pressure (using your weight) onto your muscle knots. It will hurt, but kind of in a good way. Eventually, your muscle knots will release and feel a lot softer and not ache anymore. It can take multiple sessions. The beauty of this is that you can use it to help yourself- you don't necessarily need to go to a massage therapist. This is a great ball for removing muscle knots, because it doesn't really have any give. It's nice and firm, but also smooth so that it doesn't catch on your clothing or skin. Great ball!

Full disclosure; we don't play field hockey, I ordered this for my dog who is an ultra aggressive chewer. The ball is solid, but porous in any way, and it's surface is perfectly smooth. I'm sure that's important for field hockey, but it's working out well with my dog too. He rolls it, chases it, and carries it around everywhere. After 3 days of use I inspected it and I cannot find one ding or tooth mark on it. I'd have to call this ball extremely durable.

Smooth feel, good density, and a great look. I use these for massage therapy. Stepping on this for foot pain or rolling it against a wall with your back is an excellent way to hit pressure points and relieve pain/stress.
