A lot of techs refer to these as 'Molex' test leads because of the connectors they measure. They come as a component of the ADK7 Deluxe Silicone Lead Kit.

I have mixed feeling about these. They are nice and thin, so I can test the plugs and pins when checking out a control board, but they are very thin and bend too easily. They are also very sharp and it's easy to lose the protective covers. I'm feeling 50/50 but gave 4 stars because they work well in spite of the downsides. I'll just have to be extra careful.

Fit is a little right when new, but they wear in eventually. I need them nearly every day, so I guess that buying a new pair every year is worth the functionality.

These are the perfect accessories for control boards that use pin connectors. Instead of smashing your regular leads into them, you can easily fit these leads into place.

Awesome for troubleshooting furnace control boards, any electrical that is tight on space. Careful though, the rubber sheath on the leads frays easily and you need to watch where your putting them.

These probes are pretty good, I use them all the time with my Fieldpiece SC660. The two probes fit into the interior vertical pocket that comes with meter and they don’t migrate out. The length and diameter of the probes is perfectly suited to getting into wire connectors and the tip is sharp/ fine for probing defrost board terminals. Be careful though, they’ll easily disappear into your fingers if you get to rambuctious. The probe shafts are somewhat flimsy and will bend which isn’t neccessarily a bad thing. They connect seemlessly to the standard Fieldpiece wire leads that come with most meters. The resistive coating that sorrounds the shafts of the probes isn’t very thick and will peal back somewhat during normal use I expected that to happen. I wouldn’t recommend holding that thin pertective coating if attempting high voltage readings. From my experience in the field during nighttime and even daytime HVAC service calls the black lead is easy to go unnoticed if you drop it. So you need to be conscious of where you set them down and deliberate about putting them back in your bag.To conclude I think these make a great addition to any Fieldpiece meter, they function as designed and the price seems spot on. I’ll purchase another without hesitation if I break or loose a piece of my current set.
