Very nice grips. My 24" BMX grips were starting to fall apart so I cut them off and ordered these to check out. These were a breeze to install, fit perfect and look really nice on the bike. I'm not sure how durable the rubber or anything is, but I'm very happy with how they feel and the comfort. No hot spots. They don't seem to slip at all, and the lock on secures very well.Dollar for dollar it's hard to beat these grips. If I needed grips for another build I wouldn't hesitate to get more of these. Time will tell on the durability of the rubber, but for now I'm very happy.

I have bought things from this company before for my mountain bike and been very happy with them. So, when I saw these grips and the orange should match my other orange accents I decided to go for it. I have been meaning to swap out the handgrips on my bike because the ones that came with my bike are not comfortable for long rides. The hardest part of installing these handgrips was getting the old ones off my bike. I was starting to think they glued them on at the factory. After watching a few You Tube videos I was able to work them off. Installing these could not be easier. I am glad that they do not have the metal end caps as I tend to lean my bike on the handlebars against my truck when unloading and loading it on the rack, and I would not want to scratch it. Also, I have big hands and don't like the feeling of the hard end caps on my outside fingers. These handgrips are not as soft as I was hoping for, but they are OK. The grip pattern is good, and I have not lost grip while riding yet even after a few small jumps. I don't always wear gloves as I have a hard time finding ones that fit right and don't cost too much. For right around $20.00 this is a decent set of hand grips, and I can recommend them. I will probably swap them out again if I find some that are a bit softer and squishier, but there is nothing wrong with these for now....

These bike grips are soft, durable, and provide a great grip for better control. The lock-on clamp keeps them in place, and the textured surface works well in wet conditions. They’re easy to install, lightweight, and fit most mountain bikes. Perfect for a more comfortable ride!

These are very grippy grips, yet they aren’t gummy and sticky like some. They seem to be high quality, they’re easy to install and the colour is vibrant and looks great. If they last, they’ll be good value too. And if they don’t, I’ll post back with an update. Would be nice if packaging included an Allen key for installation, but most cyclists will have this on hand anyhow.

These handlebar grips are an excellent choice for anyone looking for a cost friendly and easy upgrade for their ride. The grips are extremely comfortable, easy to install, and the quality was noticed immediately from the moment I opened the package. These aren't super expensive and I wasn't sure if they would be what I was looking for, however, I'm actually very impressed. I like the bright blue and ordered them due to the fact that the color matches my paint job. My camera is broke and I really wish I could share a picture, but they look great. Who knew such a simple upgrade could change the entire look of a bike, making it stand out and now everyone is literally asking me about where I got them. Highly recommend!

These are definitely a good upgrade with some flare to your bike. My old ones were getting a bit sad and these came at the right time. Putting them on is easy, just tighten down the collar. I sometimes prefer this type where the end is all rubber, so leaning the bike against my wall doesn't scuff it like the hard capped bar ends like others make. For just over $20, you'll be happy with them. I don't get any soreness on my hands and I put these on my hardtail and ride her pretty hard.

I love these grips. They are exactly what I've been looking for. They are soft but not too so and good for harder riding and easy to install. I've had them on for over a month and they still look great. If you're looking for a super soft grips, these probably aren't what you're looking for. While soft and comfortable, they are thinner. They are lock on grips and again, easy to install. They stay firmly in place. I've bought other gear from Fifty-Fifty and everything from them is good quality.

These look and feel great. Problem is that I got the matching bars that I wanted in outside for mountain biking. These handles have hard ends that I needed to machine out. Great other than that.

I recently installed the FIFTY-FIFTY mountain bike grips on my bike, and I’m really happy with them! The orange color adds a fun pop to my setup, and they feel soft and comfortable in my hands. The lock-on feature is a game changer—it keeps everything secure without any slipping, even during those bumpy rides. These grips provide excellent traction, which is super helpful when I’m tackling steep descents or navigating tricky terrain. I’ve noticed less hand fatigue on longer rides, which is a huge plus. They’re just the right thickness for a comfortable grip without feeling bulky. The only downside I encountered is that they were a bit tricky to install at first; it took a little effort to get them positioned just right. Also, I wish they offered more color options for those who like to customize their bikes a bit more. Overall, though, these grips are a fantastic upgrade for any mountain bike enthusiast looking for comfort and style!

Let me be clear, for a lock on grip of this thickness, these are actually quite soft. I saw another reviewer mention that the rubber felt hard, but I think he was mistaking an intrinsic trait of lock-on grips for an indication of the rubber hardness (durometer). The thing with lock on grips is that they have a hard plastic core, so for any given outer diameter, there is a lot less rubber than with a "push on" style grip that is rubber all the way through. If you want a lot of cushion from a lock-on, you need to go for a thicker one, or if you want a thin grip with cushion, you need to go for "push on" style grips, with all the associated pros and cons. For a standard thickness lock-on (which is probably the most popular grip style in mountain biking), these are quite nice. One thing that appealed to me about these was that the primary patterning runs laterally, as opposed to most "mushroom" style grips where the rib pattern runs around the circumference of the grip. I think these lateral ribs better resist the pulling and pushing forces that are the most fatiguing when trail riding, lowering hand fatigue and making it less likely that you'll slip off the grip. Additionally, the edges of these ribs in the pattern have sharp 90 degree edges, rather than being rounded off, which helps them grip your hands/gloves further. Another reviewer mentioned them being slippery when wet in bare hands. I can't attest to that, as I ride with gloves, but in the past on the few occasions when I forgot my gloves, I have found other grips to become a lot more unpredictable in traction, so that wouldn't be unique to these ones.Aside from the traction and cushion topics, I prefer single clamp lock-ons like this, as opposed to the double clamp with a 2nd aluminum ring on the outer edge, because I like to ride with my hands on the outer part of the bar, and the 2nd ring compromises grip and comfort. I also like that these use a 3mm allen wrench to tighten, which is very reliable as long as you follow the torque spec. This contrasts with some competitors use the less common and far easier to strip 2 or 2.5mm.These came in at 112 grams on my scale, which nearly right on the mark for their claims, and make them very competitive in terms of typical weights for rubber lock-on grips.
