Great for at home use and for icing. The price was decent for what you get. It is comfortable and fits nice but only around the house and low activity. It doesn’t stay in place very well if doing daily movement. It also gets very hot and the fabric does not breath well.

Seemed to help at first but had to tighten straps very tight to keep in place. Also material not comfortable next to skin. I wore a tee shirt underneath to keep from irritating my skin.

Bought the wrong size. Contacted the company. Immediate response. Very helpful in making it right. The item was very easy to put on. It has the pouch for the ice pack which is very convenient. The adjustable strap gets the stability you need.

If you have sholder pain or a torn Rotator Cuff this brace is perfect. Easy to put on by yourself. Easy to loosen or tighten for perfect fit. If you purchase the ice pack for this brace it makes it a great combination and keeps it cool! This gives your shoulder great support while waiting for surgery or healing it on your own. This gives your shoulder great stability and limits the movement.

I am 6'3" 205lbs (lean) work in construction and purchased the large/XLarge brace as I fell right on the measurement between the 2 sizes. But it's just not snug enough. Contacted Fightech, and Alex with customer service is shipping me the small/Medium brace free of charge! (I don't wear a medium in anything) I wear large and XL shirts.Outstanding customer service! They even added the following in their email reply. "We hope it fits you better and makes you feel more comfortable". Way to have empathy and care for your customers.Thank you Fightech...

Purchased this product for neck and rotator cuff injuries. Well built. Well designed. Comfortable. Includes a great option to also use a hot/cold gel pack with it. The vendor offers supporting information, videos, complimentary bonus materials. Good value for the money! What else could you hope for? Definitely recommend this item and vendor.

I had surgery and it help with the healing process and love that it can hold a ice pack because I have alot of pain in the shoulder
