Bought this item hoping it would help with water intrusion, luckily I tried it before installing on my velocity stacks., these are not waterproof, I'm sure it works fine with dirt, but definitely not waterproof.

I saw other reviews that said these were too small, so I ordered 1/2 inch larger size, and it is still way too small. Whatever your outer diameter is, you will need this in a 1-inch larger size. I'll be returning this one and getter a larger size.
