Are you finding your new ukulele always needs tuning every time you want to play it?
This is really common, particularly with new strings. Nylon strings take a certain amount of stretching before they settle down and hold their tune.
Tune it to the desired note, then pull up on the string over the sound hole to give it a bit of a stretch. That'll take it down about 2 whole notes, tune it back up and repeat until it stays in tune. A lot of folks who maybe aren't used to stringed instruments, especially nylon strings, get frustrated, but don't worry, these are decent strings, they just need a good stretch!

SHARP EDGES!!! Please do not buy. Not safe for kids. So disappointed. The neck is just terribly made and cracked up on receipt. I tried to talk to them about my refund but there was no option and the policy states it would need to be returned. Why? So they can send it to someone else? That's probably how I got it! I'm not driving over an hour away to return this through UPS so that someone else can get hurt on it and a company can make a profit.

I received this item for my 8 year old granddaughter and luckily I open the package instead to her because it was dirty and had mold all over it especially the case. I was very disappointed not only because she really wanted this product but mostly because it could be a health risk

Doesn’t stay in tune. This is a toy not an instrument. Bumming that I missed the return window by one day! 🤨

This thing is adorable. Purchased for my six-year-old daughter as her last my little pony guitar broke. She loves to sit and strum and sing to her 10-month-old nephew, it’s the most adorable thing ever. She also loves to hold concerts in our family room, Her imagination runs wild with this thing, from being in a rock band to being a music teacher educating her baby dolls on playing the ukulele. As soon as as she lays it down my husband picks it up and messes around with it forever. Neither know how to actually play A guitar or ukulele. We did have a friend over one evening who plays professionally , he messed around with it and was really impressed with the quality and how well it sounded, he did tune it up a little, then jammed out., as he put it. He felt it would be perfect for her as she is just beginning. The carrying case is well made, ukulele fits fits perfectly, easy to zip and carry. Even if your child has never had a musical instrument before this is a must buy you will be amazed at how excited they get performing songs for the family.

It’s good for beginners but the material and the way it’s put together is cheap , easy to break and the knobs for tuning are crappy , this isn’t for someone looking to learn to play this is good for kids to play with or mess around with .

This is a fantastic toy for young children. It compares favorably to the more expensive models ($80+) that we've seen at toy stores and played at music class. This has withstood some very enthusiastic playing by a number of kids under age 5. I'm not sure about the actual musical quality, but it makes pleasant sounds when kids or adults strum it.The strap doesn't stay on particularly well, but is a good length for little kids and would likely adjust well for adults, too. The case is nice to have, though had a strong plastic smell when it arrived. The color is great too.Highly recommend this for kids age 2 and up.

I really like this uke! I ordered one for my 12 year old daughter for music class, and she loves it! Thee three picks came (however the orange one was white so if you have your heart set on orange then just be aware) and we had no problems! Great for a first uke and even for experienced players! definitely worth more than the price!
