Bellows are intended to sit near fires and be subjected to elements. This is NOT. It’s made of compressed cardboard with a wood sticker on top. The rest of the design is plastic and cheaply put together as well. It’ll probably last for an indoor seansonal fireplace with light use. It WILL NOT work for outdoors or heavy use. Price is decent but keep in mind that it’s cardboard!

It works well for our home fireplace. It probably won’t last long. You get what you pay for but I didn’t want a bellow to pass down to future generations so it’s exactly what I needed.

These Bellows work fantastic! It's a lot easier doing this than to constantly be be blowing into the fire trying to get it started. I absolutely love them! I may be getting one for my brother.

When I opened the box I was struck by the beauty of its decorative yet functional design. It is not a large unit but works fine for my use in a small wood stove to get a new fire started from coals remaining from the previous fire. Before getting this reasonably priced bellows, I had been blowing on the coals. That worked but I usually got my face covered with smoke and ash as a result. Now I can be well back from the action and direct the stream of air exactly where it is best. Love it.
