Easy and perfect fit for my Heatilator E36. Had to swap the bottom hinge pins for the longer option, which was included. Install took 5 minutes and looks nice.

The door are great looking and really make my fireplace look “polished” and it is so nice to close them at the end of the night and not wake up to a cold house because the flue let cold air in.One of the doors was really difficult to level but after many tries, I gave up! They still work fine.

When we moved to a new house, the fireplace did not have a doors. But now when we have a todler that whant to touch everything we decided to buy the doors. I was lucky enough to find this item on Amazon. It did not came with the railings, but our old one already had it installed. Easy to put together. Come ensembled

When I moved into my home the fireplace did not have glass doors resulting in air leakages whenever the fireplace was not in use and there was a downdraft, even with the damper closed. Not only cold air, but the smell of burned wood as well. Matching the model number on the mounted plate of my prefabricated fireplace to the available fire doors resulted in a perfect match and a new clean look. No more drafts and a huge reduction in wind noise as well. Very well satisfied, good value for the cost. These are easy to install.

This item is a perfect alternative to the OEM Heatilator door which sells for 300-600$ on various websites. The frame is not metal but I assume aluminum if anyone is particular.The item shipped and was received in about 4-5 days via Amazon standard shipping by UPS compared to the 7+ day estimate (I assume I am closer to the state it shipped from).Upon receipt, the doors were packaged very well with foam inserts around the frame and in between each panel of glass. The only minor issue was the parts bag had a big hole, so a lot of the small screws and nuts were all over the bottom of the box. Luckily, there were no gaps for them to fall out of.Installation took around 15-20 min as I first tried following the printed instructions but prefer video and scanned the QR code to see the YouTube video. The YouTube video is not a full walkthrough but a slideshow. Is it not complicated enough to require a video walkthrough, but it would definitely be more clear. The only adjustment required was to replace the standard top bolt with the longer version which was easy.The main reason for purchasing was to attempt to keep my 18 month old from getting to the rocks in the fireplace but he quickly found out how to open the doors. Next job is finding a way to baby proof them.Overall, highly recommend this company and door.

These doors fit perfectly in my HHT BE36 fireplace. They were easy to install and only took about 10 minutes as I changed out the included pivot pins to raise them up about 1/4". The doors are very sturdy and look great but the best thing is the price - much lower than the other brand(s) and not much different from what I can tell.

The glass doors fit great. I had to swap out the short pins for the longer pins, which were provided with the doors. Took about 15 minutes to install.Doors were well packaged and protected in the box.They included a small wrench in the box, which I used. After swapping and tightening a few the pins, the wrench began to slip. Not a big problem; it got the job done.Installation instructions were good.The doors fit my EL-36 fireplace great.Doors with the black trim look awesome.The price was 60% less than other online stores.Hopefully the glass doesn’t fog up too quickly; but that’s not the door’s fault.
