I have the label, for this item, which I need to return by 12 th Feb as I am going away PLEASE HELP where do I return this parcel, my post code TN17 2QR unfortunately this tray is too deep fir my fire basket and does not go right under the basket

Now that it's the winter months, the fireplace is coming back into use. This tray catches the majority (~90%+) of the ashes from either natural or engineered logs. This is great because it significantly reduces the amount of ash that has to be cleaned from the bottom of the fireplace. Yes, it's a thing.Fit/finish of this tray is great. Powder coat seems pretty durable and the handles are attached via screws, same as the expansion bolts. Overall this is a great tray to catch fireplace ashes from logs.
