Purchased the bag for lithium battery storage. Nice quality but be sure to clean out the inside before using. There are fiberglass shavings inside that can do a number on your hands.

Can't speak of waterproof because it has not got wet although based my rating on how heavy duty it is. I have product that I definitely don't want exposed to fire or water. Although I have lots of said items. This bag is perfect. I need something larger than a small safe and this fits the bill just perfect.. extremely sturdy

I cannot rate if it is waterproof or fireproof and I hope never to find out. I wanted something to hold documents and other valuables that I could pick up in a hurry. It does keep its form and can fit a lot.

Although I hadn’t had to test with a major flood or major fire; I feel very confident that it contains premium materials which validate my reasoning for purchasing this extra large duffel bag. It is very durable and high quality. This holds a lot of items and I love the fact that it includes a long carrying strap that can also be removed if desired. I plan on buying a couple more of these to make sure I have all of my most important documents housed safely.
