Using the moveable letter tiles, kids can slide the letters around to make a word that can be used as a tracing model to practice their writing. A specially designed pen with triangle-shaped grip helps correct their grasp, and printed lines help guide them as they write. Once kids have mastered the grasp, simply remove the grip and store it on the back. The easy-slide eraser lets kids practice again and again in a mess-free way! Includes blank tiles and letter stickers. Colors and decorations may vary.

This writing tablet uses a familiar magnetic pen and board to write words out, then is easily cleared by a swipe. It takes kind of a while to maneuver the letters around the board to make words. The board is sturdy and good quality, and is easy to hold for littler hands.

This toy features an "erasable" magnetic drawing pad and attached pen that has been around for a long time, so it's not like this is new or exciting technology. The letters on the slides around the writing surface are a bit tricky to maneuver into words, but for kids that can be fun since it invites a puzzle element while they slide letters around until they free the ones they need. Stickers and a few blank tiles are also included to add other characters, such as punctuation or the Ñ character for Spanish speakers. The lines on the magnetic drawing surface also help keep letters and number straighter for more effective practice. This is more of an educational tool rather than a toy, but my daughter still likes it and it has made writing practice more fun, so I think it's worth it.

If a word has more than 1 of the same letter, you're out of luck.I got this for my 3yo nephew and he couldn't even use it to spell his own name, which made me kind of disappointed. If you want to use it to teach the most basic of words, it should work.

I did not like how I received package. It was beat up and the outside packing was stock to the item.I brought it for my 3 year old great grandson.I like the toy but not the delivery.

My niece has the same thing in a different colour and it's much better quality. The eraser sticks so bad my 4yo son can hardly slide it, the writing screen is scratched up after one use, and the board itself just feels like cheap plastic. Thought it would be better quality.

This fisher price toy set provides a nice way for kids to practice writing skills as well as spelling and alphabet skills. The toy is very simple to use and the board is erasable so your kid can practice as much as they want. They can even draw small pictures if they like. Overall, nice quality product!

This is great for helping my little to learn to write his name. The letters move easily on the track and the pen works to write well. The lines are the same as the ones he uses as school so he was very familiar with everything. Plenty of letters to write most things that would fit on that line as well.
