I thought this was going to be the answer to a cleaner boat but this thing ain’t worth the trouble. I was hoping to use this to wind up the extra pieces of leader line I constantly have laying round in the boat but this thing does not wind the fishing line in unless you really take your time and loop the line around one of the small pegs otherwise the line just falls right out.

Got this before doing a trail clean up. Made clean up super easy and was able to get abandoned fishing line out easily

Spin teeth grab lines very well, keeps lines inside until it’s the time for disposal no leaking/peeking out lines.

the lid stays open, and it's a little hard to do it with one hand, but I do appreciate being able to not litter so much fishing line on the ground
