Im sure it's a great pickup. it said it should fit narrow body acoustic guitars. I have a 1992 Fender Montara that Ive been looking for a high quality side mount preamp I could install without cutting into the guitar body. I was hoping the narrow fishmann would work , but it was way to be.

I love this side pickup.When cutting into the side of one's guitar, you want to cut as little as possible. This pro pickup is half the surface area as the plus and the others. So small, you could probably install it on an ukulele!The piezo and mic on this pro model make for a good blend.Get one.

È già un pezzo con il microfono agganciato...non necessita di particolare manutenzione...montato su Alhambra Ez nature che aveva un fishman di pessima qualità...mi ha migliorato la il suono della chitarra amplificata di più del doppio...acquisto azzeccato alla grande...una spesa non indifferente ma ne è valsa la pena

Fisherman prefix is a nice sound system for acoustic guitar. But reliability is a problem. I have 4 guitars with prefix, but always 1-2 of them are in trouble. I bought this one for fixing 2 of them.

The Fishman Prefix Pro was exactly what I needed to reinstall in my guitar. This was an upgrade from Classic 4. It blends well having the fade between the Mic and the peizo. I don't know why an Aura would be needed, but I'm not a professional. It came in quickly, well packaged, and fit the old fastening patern.
