The controller they sent me arrived with errors that I cannot fix. When plugged in, the handheld loads and immediately says 'TOUCH INIT ERROR' and the touch screen doesn't work AND the display image is cut off on the left side. It's completely unusable like this because I can't back out of any screens I select. FiTech has turned out to be complete junk, and whoever this reseller is ships their products in completely subpar packaging. Don't ship me a fragile touchscreen device in JUST A BUBBLE SLEEVE EVELOPE!! Have you ANY idea how fragile these things are???
