Well, when this arrived, I completely panicked. The box was about that of a suitcase. The bumper was wrapped in shrink wrap stuff like a mummy, folded up and stuffed in the box. I though it was junk and was really mad. The instructions on the box say up front to heat gun it to get it back into shape. I put it over the old one and put it in the sun and began to heat gun the creases. After an hour, I got it into pretty good shape and it is the exact fit. It is definitely not primered. It is slick black plastic. All that said, for the price it's a nice bumper. I would have gladly paid more for it to include shipping had it been in a bigger box and uncreased. Probably ought to take the primered word out of the description. It did arrive 4 days early so you saved a star... 4 stars.
