Sadly, the Protect-X Plug & Play Smart Sensor System is not currently available for vehicles other than Toyota as this is a great product. The window controls are a function I love which I have not had for years, since a Lincoln I owned back around 2010. The device has sensor(s) which allow it to detect small impacts to the vehicle that might occur when someone is attempting to steal tires, break a window, or cut the catalytic converter. One of the patents for this product talks about a number of sensors although what is actually included in this product is a mystery. "...the group consisting of: a piezo shock sensor , a magnetic shock sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a microwave sensor.". This product is simple to install in minutes and works well.
