It really does help with gravity as your belly grows bigger. The only thing I wish is that it came with instructions. I had to guess how to use it. But I made it work.

It is okay when you stand and work but the moment you bend and try to sit, the velcro is not that strong to hold it tight, so it just opens up. I was not satisfied with the quality!

The second I put this belt on I felt relief!!! At 34 weeks pregnant I definitely feel the weight of this baby. I love that you can wear the belt three different ways depending on the amount of support you need. Ladies this a great investment if your pregnant and at a more than a reasonable price!!!

I bought this for my wife on a recommendation from her doctor to purchase a product like this. From the moment she tried it on she loved it. My has lower back issues and pregnancy was tough on her. After we got this she appeared to be having much less issues with her back and was moving around a lot more and seemed much happier. The construction was good and the materials used seem to be good quality. The seems and stitching looked to be done nicely. There were no loose threads small tears or seams that done badly. My wife is a very small person and she did not have any issues with the fit due the the adjustability was really good on the band. She also did not have any issues with it rubbing or hurting her after having it on for any length of time. Would highly recommend this for anyone that is expecting because it will definitely make them more comfortable.

I got this after researching on something to help with pelvic pain... SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS !!!!! I would definitely recommend this item to any & everyone !!!However, 29 weeks currently & my pelvic pain has gotten soooooo much worse, so the belt doesn't relieve as much pain as it was doing when my pain was minor... HOWEVER, it definitely still helps because if I don't have it on at all I literally cannot walk without thinking my pelvic bone is going to break LMAO! but I guess that's just what comes with pregnancy right :D lol!!!All & all, if your thinking about this purchase, GET IT !!!!!!!!!!! - I purchased a size LARGE because that's the size shirts I wear on a normal basis outside of being pregnant & I noticed that I wasn't getting as big with this pregnancy as I did with my first.

I was so excited to try this support band out because I stand at work all day and have a pretty physical job that is getting harder and harder. A typical work day is a 9 hour shift. I tried this support band on a shorter work day, only a 6 hour shift. My back pain was excruciating half way through my shift. I was limping and grimacing in pain and had multiple customers ask me if I was okay. When I got home I could barely walk to my front door and up the few steps. That night I had the hardest time falling asleep because I was in so much pain and could not get comfortable. This support band definitely made my back pain worse and I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on it. It seemed so promising but did not work for me in the slightest. Worked an 8 hour shift today without the support band and barely had any pain, no limping, no struggle to get through my door from excruciating pain. Will not be using this "support" band ever again.

My back pain became unbearable around 20 weeks when my belly “popped” I was walking like Quasimodo and I had no control over it. It had gotten to the Point that I was physically incapable of straightening out my back, not because of the unbearable pain, but my spine just refused. This band has changed all of that, I have my posture back, I’m feeling so much better in all aspects, and an added and unexpected bonus, for some reason I can feel her movement more when I wear it. I cannot recommend this product enough, EVERY pregnant woman needs one!!!Editing to add:I used this product again through my twin pregnancy and honestly it deserves 10 stars. I passed it down to a friend now, it's so well made and sturdy, I cannot recommend this enough. Every pregnant person 100% needs this product. I loved it even more than my pregnancy pillow, this gave me freedom, mobility and relief more than anything else did in either of my pregnancies
