Plastic housing. It will crack if you use screws which are larger than the holes. Pre drill for screws and you’ll be fine.

Seller describes this as "Made of Marine Grade High-Impact Gold Plated Brass Housing". Brass colored plastic but no brass metal. I felt like I was misled here. The product looks good and provides good light but is not the quality product I paid for.

I will not be using these. They look nice, but I was expecting "Gold Plated METAL" - not thin plastic!!One of the two arrived broken & glued back together.I seriously think they would be broken within the first year of installation, as any bump would break them.The price is WAY TOO HIGH for the utter lack of quality. The only reason they get two stars is that they do indeed look nice.

This light arrived and right away I was surprised at the cheaper quality. Very plastic feeling. Then when we hooked it up it was broken. It never did work. I returned it right away. I would not recommend
