Colors are good.. value is not. Size is normal and I'm sure it will keep everything organized.. I cannot say anything about quality because I will not be using them.The bottoms are NOT flat. They protrud out and that's not what I was looking for- my binder doesn't have room for that. Instead of being able to fit say 6-8... I can barely fit 4.Sadly, I bought two packs.

We were looking for a folder that is very similar to this but without the tab. The tab seemed to be a good idea so we purchased these. My manager did not like them at all. The folder would be better without the tab. I am sure some people like it, a personal preference.We do like the multiple pockets and durability of the plastic rather than paper.

I love that it has 3 pockets and is expandable. The feature of the notched flap over the top to keep your papers secure inside even if it gets turned upside down is great!

I got these for my for college. Three years later I'm still using them. So much organization. POCKETS GALORE. I used to keep notes in the left pocket, handouts in the far right back, and notecards and other important stuff in the front. Now I'm using them to organize all the documents that come with being an adult and having a real job (taxes, retirement stuff, insurance, pay stubs... you know, the whole shebang).These puppies withstood me angrily shoving in my backpack after class because our professor always kept us late. My documents NEVER got damaged in them. The folder itself is durable as hell. They are fairly easy to write on for labeling (I'd suggest a Sharpie). The tab on the top allows for a complete closure so no papers fall out, get bent no matter how thick the folder gets. They don't have that weird, double folded clunky spine that lots of folders these days have too. If my folders ever get damaged in some way, I know I'm getting these suckers again.
