When I received the package from UPS the sealed plastic bag inside was loaded with liquid. There was no protective packing material to prevent the cans from being damaged during shipping. This product is hazardous material and should be handled with more care. I ended up with Kwik Klean all over me. When notified of the problem FJC offered me a nother can of Kwik Klean or a $10 refund. They did not feel obligated to refund the entire amout because it has been thier experience that only a small portion is lossed when this happens and it happens regularly enough that he was confident that I was left with a sufficient enough product to get the job done. I was not asking for any refund at the time but I was left with the impression that they did not get the gravity of the situation.I hope they have changed thier packaging process, but I dought that seriously.
