Installed fine. All parts were correct for replacement - but after 4 months, bearing failure. Will try to contact seller per Amazon for replacement.

Not happy since i didnt get to installing it till now. Right before trying it out i figured i would check the resistance before plugging it in and its .4 ohms (shorted). Disappointed in myself for not checking it out of the box first, but when your busy sometimes you forget to do the basics on new parts these days. Im hoping the seller will see this and make it right since im past the return window. The good news it does fit great...lolSo to the seller i apologize. Let my experience help everyone know this. There is a diode (you cannot see) wrapped in the wiring between the clutch coil and connector. If you ohm your coil and it shows shorted ex.,0 or close to zero ohms then your coil OR your diode can be bad. You need to make sure you install either a new diode or snip the old connector and wiring off your old ac coil and attach to the new one. I hope this all makes sense. Also important to note this, the big snap ring for the new coil was about .012" thicker than the original snap ring so i was not able to get the new snap ring to fully seat but swapping over to the original it seated just fine. Another helpfull hint, the clearance needed for this setup is between .016" and .031". But you cannot slip a feeler gauge between the top plate and pulley face due to it being inset. So take strips (use 4 strips) and fold them up to get @.020" and place them at 12 o clock, 6 o clock, 9 o clock and 3 o clock. Set the top plate on and i first used a M8x1.25 nut (non-nylock) to tighten up and check the pull of the paper tabs to check clearance. I ended up w only one shim (i think @.021" to get a good snug pullout of the tabs. When your clearance feels good the install the nylock nut and torque to 10.5 ft/lbs. If you need inch lbs multiply by 12. There is a break-in procedure for the new assembly so be sure to follow. Hope this all helps This kit fit good overall for a 98 dodge 2500 w 360 magnum engine.

There is no information on how many grooves are on the clutch. This one has 6. I needed 7

I had all of the tools necessary to change this part, so it was a perfect fit that worked the first time, and it continues to please me every time I use it.

The clutch plate does not fit on the shaft of a TRF105 compressor. The TRF105 is the compressor put in this van. Seller's details were accurate in that they did not specify fitting the van model. Amazon and I share the blame for this. I had accurately identified my vehicle in the Amazon "MY GARAGE." Amazon claimed it would fit but seller claimed otherwise. I'm stuck with this $50.00 part because I got it partially installed. Lesson learned - research seller's details and put less trust in Amazon claims.
