  • In case of processing FL100 as an intermediate layer it is recommend using dispersion glue DKL90 for adhesion. The wall and the backside of FL100 should be coated with a paint roller. Insert the material wet on wet. Fix it manually (with disposable gloves) and press a gummed roller against the fleece to get a crease-free surface.
  • Grounding: Due to the highly conductive surface this material can be contacted and grounded to shield low frequency (LF) electric fields. A recommendation here is difficult because this depends on the application. Please ask us!


FL100 is a compact woven, metalized polyester netting for the shielding from high-frequency (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). This professional product with more than 98 dB attenuation is typically applied for ministries of defense, banking houses, laboratories, etc. FL100 is produced with a very high metal content, with its resistance/square of only 0.01 Ohm and a close mesh-width this shielding fabric achieves real 100 dB even at high frequencies.

HNG100 EMF Abschirmung von RF und Niederfrequenz, elektrische Felder. Material einfach zu sperrig. Fühlt sich kräftiger an wie ein Blatt Papier. Sehr unbequem zum zudecken.

So far we are loving fabric. I used it to build a smart meter cover and working on a wifi cover. I just did a test on the router and it does cut the speed way down so I am building an easily removable cover to have it off when needing to use the wifi. We have also lined our cellphone cases with it.Highly recommend this fabric, cuts easy and glues well with epoxy. I will try sewing with it next.

I bought this thinking it was more of a fabric, it is more like a stiff paper/plastic type material and would not work for my use. However, it does block rf and would work well for an insert in between fabric, like if you were to make a purse or wallet or curtains and use this in between layers of fabric it would be perfect for this type of application..
