This soft helmet for flag football fit my 7 year old son just perfect! There are adjustable bungee at the back of the head so you can get a more customized fit. The helmet itself is well made and very sturdy. Parents were instructed to get a soft helmet, and I found this one Amazon at a great price. It has good reviews, and I'm glad I got it instead of paying more at the pro/ sporting goods store. Highly recommend!
