I love this box. I’m on my third one.You really don’t always need 8 boxes in your bag. This box is sooooooo good for holding a little bit of everything. If I’m not on a boat, this is the box that’s in my bag.

Not worth it. 1 season and the foam on the left side isn't useful anymore. Switching out flies and putting them back in will putt more holes in it and after a while you won't be able to keep your flies in stable without them falling out. Would definatly recommend and slit pho am type of fly box. Not recommend!

These are great for ice fishing too. I keep small parts on the compartment side and small spoons and hooks. The foam side is great to hang spoons onto. So I use it for my small spoon ice fishing box. Just bought a second box this year. The compartments have removable wall/partitions to accommodate size needs. Only down side is there is a tiny gap all around the clear flip up door that allows tiny parts, like split rings to fall out. Just keep them in a small bag.I know they will work great for fly fishing and should order a third one for that.

Great for ice fishing spoons and extra parts like drop chains, treble hooks, single hooks and also works on small hard body lures. I might pick up another because my first one is full now.You can use the foam side to hold spoons ready to fish and the clear divider/compartment lid holds those spoons in place by pressing on them when the box is shut.Only draw back to it is the tiny opening around the clear cover allows extra small parts to fall out of the compartments such as the "no-knot" or "fast-clips" we use. they will find a way out of the compartments and you have to be careful opening the box to find them. Easy to fix with a small zippered bag to keep them in, like the bag they come in works okay. The compartment side has divider walls that come out to make bigger sections and most of mine are set up that way to hold my ice lures.Haven't found any thing better for ice fishing to hold spoons and parts and small ice lures!
