How to Use
The torch head is designed with one handed use in mind. The cast aluminum body is durable, and the flame adjustment knob easy to use. On-off switches and ignition trigger are easily reachable by a single finger without having to shift your grip. You can also use it hands free! After stabilizing the canister in a tip free base on a level surface, use the Lock Up Flame Control to keep a steady burn while you work. We recommend using a single shield between you and the flame.
Flame King's Auto-Ignition torch is great for brazing, camping, RVing, cooking, crafting, heat treating, large diameter soldering, light welding, metal work, plumbing, soldering and woodworking.
We recommend cleaning the propane torch head after each use to maintain safety standards.

Worked great for one winter starting fires in wood stove. It then became very hard to get a decent spark and the gas knob is extremely hard to turn. It won't turn on enough to get a good flame. I need to take it apart and see if I can fix it. It's a shame, because it seems to be such a solid torch. I should have believed the reviews. I have had it too long to return it. I will be looking for a different brand.

So far so good! Time will tell on it's durability, but I was tired of the standard brass torch tips that you find at the hardware store, the valves were junk, and several times they almost started a fire, so I tried this bad dog. Works great! Igniter is also a plus.

dont know if it was just the one i bought, however out of the box it malfunctioned, hard to light , flamed out when held horizontally and on the 4 th use just stopped working, set screw came out and it came apart,
