Chair dimension was supposed to 21 inches wide. its on 19.

We ordered 2 sets. They are suppose to be plastic backs an seat area. One of the chairs is material. Now how did that happen?

These chairs seem to be worth the price as a set of four. They are sturdy and seem like they will hold up well and be easy to clean in our commercial office. All of them were individually wrapped fairly well for protection but one chair did come damaged. The faux leather is torn or burned in several places along the top of the back piece and front of the seat. The right leg is also slightly bent inward. I would love to get a replacement but there is no way to return only one of the chairs for a new one.
