These are essential for the XPLOR 600. You shouldn't run them on their batteries all the time and run the risk of killing them if you are not careful. Always use wall outlets when you can. The batteries are great for outdoors without access to an outlet. Definitely get one if you are working an indoor studio!

As a professional photographer, you don't need more things to worry about during a shoot. It's great not to have to worry about whether a battery's charged or how long it'll stay that way. With this, that power's always there and, if I'm shooting outside, it's easy enough to flip back to the battery. But I use this almost always.

So far it's doing a great job! As you know the batteries for Godox Ad 600Pro (Flashpoint as well) sucks!! 2 batteries died within one year with very few usages!! And because so far I'm using it mostly in my studio rather then outdoor, I found this adapter which is awesome! Definitely you can't compare it with battery which is the whole point for in-field, outdoor shooting, but if you shoot inside with electricity available, this is great solution!!

This thing is amazing, and came right on time. My battery just stopped working, plugged this bad boy in and everything was fine again!
