I would rate them a negative number since I now have to throw them away & buy more...The did arrive shrink wrapped so I didn't expect any problems but besisdes being stuck together, They are shorter than most wrappers and don't roll well even if you can get them to open up....F-

I've been using these quarter wrappers for years. This box looked the same but every one of the first 100 wrappers I checked was completely glued shut! When I tried to pop them open with a tool the paper split open, the gluing remained intact. Tried soaking in them in warm water to weaken the glue, the paper softened - the glue didn't.
