This came in a sealed bag, so I’m not sure what is going on, but as you can see from the photos, this part is pretty beat up and also flaking paint. It’s identical to the one I’m taking off my old tiller (says MADE IN CHINA NHI-2 6000-616 around the bearing seal) but that one is seized up so I can’t compare how well it spins. I had to carefully clean as many paint flakes as I could but I don’t know if I will keep this yet. I may order a second one and return the worse of the two.

Worked great in my old 1980s craftsman self propelled push mower. original part ceased causing the mower to shred and consume the belt... that i also bought the replacement on amazon.
