Solid 12/10. Great quality, two different insole options for a custom fit, and exceedingly comfortable. This is coming from someone who has avoided flats for over 5-7 years after always being left with blisters or irritation on the ankles after wearing for a few hours. Get them, they are well worth it, not to mention are super pretty! :)

Very cute flats. These are super comfy and lightweight. They look cute with pants or dresses. They came with an extra insole for a better fit of needed. I’m very picky when it comes to shoes and these exceeded my expectations.

Love these shoes. The red is so vibrant. They are comfy and true to size, and the sole inserts stay in place even after walking far in them. The quality of these shoes is high and shows with the thick layered material. This style is super in and fun for any occasion!

Awesome shoe! I am always skeptical of affordable shoes but these far exceeded my expectations. These not only look twice as good as my $130 flats from J Crew but are 10x more comfortable and I haven't even put the inserts in. True to size with room to move my toes. I'm size 8 with average width feet.

The shoe is so cute and comfortable, however, they sent me a pair that had clearly been worn because the bottoms has a soft rubber and it was slightly worn down on both shoes, and it has a little black spot on it. I opened them on my carpet. Luckily I turned them over to take pictures for my sister and saw the wear.
