This filter is a fair bit larger than the old style. Since I lacked a funnel tiny enough to fill the filter via the outer holes, I opted to fill it with a bottle of Diesel fuel conditioner. This eliminates the possibility of contaminating the new filter media.I taped over the WIF Sensor connector to prevent dirt from entering it.

The filter is great BUT it used to come with the needed square cut gasket..now it does not had to return due to that

Good filter just did not come with the stem gasket. Guess I will have to take a chance and reuse the old one.

I used this on my First Gen Cummins (1992 W250), and I don't have any complaints. Fleetgaurd is a trusted brand, and this is perfect for replacing the leaky water separator on the bottom of the stock fuel filters. It's also a bit bigger, but it's easier to handle.
