All of the angles and measurements were tested against my other tools and seem to be accurate, thats the most important thing with this tool. It works well and is very convenient

Anyone that has cut pipe knows how difficult it can be to get a straight line when using something like a 4-1/2 cutoff wheel. I usually end up flipping a tape measure over and trying to use that. I've made some out of vinyl flooring scraps, but it's easier to just have this.There is plenty length to it so several could be made if you're not cutting 3ft diameter pipe. It has a lot of equations and angles for cutting your angles. FYI, it will not help you cut a saddle. It's easier to just have a saddle jig.And, as I've seen in other reviews, it's constructed from a gasket material so if you need to make a gasket, there is material. The only issue I see with it is that the print on it probably will not stay on through rough use, but that does not bother for my purposes. Most, like me, want a quick way to mark a straight line with a soap stone or marker and make a straight cut. It definitely serves that purpose.
