My granddaughter birthday was today and when she took out of the bag- they had a stain on and didn’t fit. Other pair similar in sizing were fine? Now it’s past the return date by less than a week

The item description reads "... Drawstring High Waist Seam Sweatpants ..." the item does not have a drawstring. It has a little bow at the waist that may make it appear that there is a drawstring. I recommend the description change to delete the part that says Drawstring Waist. Otherwise I do like the garment.
