This is insane.It is my 2nd time purchase this product. The 1st one I got 2 years ago worked great and lasted for almost 2 years which made me wanted to repurchase the same product. Today is my first time using this new mop and the mop lints keep falling off multiple times and the washing area is stuck from time to time.Not sure if they changed the design or manufacturer. The mop has very few lints now and it scratches my floor very often. Not worth the money if my mop is not a defected item. Still thinking if I should replace but it is quite exhausted that I need to repack it and ship it back.

Love the mop! Not so much the bucket. Mop handle is perfect. Love that it’s tall enough that I don’t have to bend over. I’m 5’7 & Compared to the Ocedar this one’s wonderful. The mop head is LARGE!! Now the actual bucket is ehh. It could definitely be a bit bigger more handy. All in all it’s a great buy!

Sehr unstabil Sehr wackelig der wischmop macht nicht richtig sauber weil das Plastik Teil unter dem Wischer ist zu befestigt und das geht garnicht der Preis ist einfach zu teuer

I have a cleaning Business and this is the best I found so far! Sturdy, mop head is bigger than the O-cedar, So you get bigger surface to clean with it! I love that it ihad no pedal!!!! The stainless steel area got a little rust, but I use it daily for a long time now! It is easy to take it apart to clean !

It's not the last mop I'll ever buy, because I'm only and feeble. It's the last one because this mop is very well made, sturdy as are all the moving parts you get extra mop heads and aa brush head.It took me a little while to get accustomed to releasing the orange tab and pushing the mop up and down to spin. But it is very smart how this was made; you put the mop in the water and pump it until it's clean enough/wet enough than when you're satisfied that it's well rinsed, you put it on the spinner.Have you ever wished to get a very dry wet mop to clean-up a small area, well it's finally arrived! The handle is also very sturdy, and the mop head can actually lock in place.I thought at first that is expensive just for a mop... but I made a good decision, and you will too!

I bought this mop because it was highly rated, but it's frustrating to use. Issue#1) It's *really* difficult to take the mop head off the handle. You have to stand on the @#$% mop head. It's also hard to snap the mop head on, especially the first few times. Women who don't have much strength in their hands should not buy this mop. Issue#2) SPIN BASKET DOES NOT REMOVE ENOUGH WATER FROM THE MOP!!! It takes more than an hour for the floor to dry after mopping with this system; when using my previous spin mop, the floor was dry in 15 minutes. Yesterday I spun out the mop and hung the mop to dry. 24 hours later, the mop is still quite wet. Issue#3) The spin basket opening is quite small, so water tends to go over the side of the bucket and puddle on the floor. If the mop isn't inserted perfectly into the spin basket, the mop can hang up and be difficult to remove from the basket. Issue#4) Having to constantly set and release the lock on the handle is hard on the thumb. After using the mop a few days, I have stopped using the lock, except to remove the mop head (you have to lock the rod and stand on the mop head to remove it). Issue#5) You *must* put the handle down in order to use the bucket with the mop. Issue#6) Bucket is not very stable if there isn't much water in it, e.g., if you're using the mop to get flood water off the floor.
