I use it for providing water source for short stem flowers, such as orchids. It will do an excellent job, specially for flower arrangements, when the stems are too short inserting into the oasis, which is the foam for fresh flowers.

I am using these on the giant aerial roots for my monstera plants. And they work amazingly. I did take a knife to the top of a few of them to get over the larger roots. But they have worked great so far. I have used about 5 of these believe. For probably a month now, and they're not getting yucky. Inside the water is staying clean and clear, and it fits very well over the route and easy to adjust without tearing the skin. And it retains the water good as well. I haven't had to change them in about 2 weeks. But very impressed with how clean these are and I like that. They have a spike on the end that you can put into the ground or soil for any roots that may be that low. Or of course, just put these at the bottom of freshly cut flowers to keep them preserved before you gift them to someone nice green color Kelly green I would say.

The opening of the tube is covered by a kind of rubber with a hole in it. The rubber top can be taken off, allowing you to put water into the tube easily.The advantage of using these floral pics with the pointy tip is that they can be popped into floral foam to make an arrangement without the floral foam going up the stem of the flower.I recommend these floral water tubes.

These floral water picks hold the stem of cut flowers in water, but allow you to arrange the flowers without concern over the uneven length of their stems. The picks do not leak, either from the top or where the top connects to the tube. The green color makes them disappear when mixed in with the stems of cut flowers.This seems an excellent price for these sometimes hard to find cut flower savers.

There were perfect for our wedding, ordered our flowers and they fit into our arch perfect and kept the flowers great. Big enough for water but small enough to hide. Sharp edge really helped stick into the flower base
