It's flat. Bought one in Naples that had raised letters, but they bleached out within 3 years. I was looking for the same. We'll see how this one holds up.

Yes. the letters are flat. Holes are at the right spot! Screws are not included.

Bought this for a friend who was visiting from the UK. It's fine for a novelty plate but thinner than the regular plates and the letters are not raised. I didn't buy it for use on a vehicle though so I'd definitely recommend it as a cool souvenir of our wonderful state of Florida.

Wish that it was a little thicker and I do wish the letters were embossed like a real license plate.

Perfect reproduction and good quality for the price. I needed a plate for the front of the car to balance out the required plate in the back, and this was perfect!
