this fit as a replacement for my Pool flow sensor. The cost was less than half of the OEM so I'm hoping it lasts. It was easy to install and my no flow error went away immediately.

The flow switch is well-made. It includes everything you need, including the silicone tape, to replace the typical flow switch with the Hayward chlorine generator. The flow switch fits perfectly in the existing port with the exact thread. It is easily installed into the original adapter and performs as expected. This is a great value flow sensor replacement for any chlorine salt generator.

This item is a direct fit, but not a functional replacement. I am not satisfied. This item does not disengage or shut off once the water flow has stopped. It shows a continual flow on the Hayward display panel. I would not recommend for a factory substitute.
