We have bought this phone bag collection many times to use at our water craft rental establishment due to the excellent quality for the price. A really good value, but , this last shipment was inferior. The black clip that holds the cord together has come off numerous bags, resulting in one lost phone. Now we are unsure if we will order again.

I have ordered this item 15+ times and the first several times I had an excellent experience with great things to say on the design, colors and quality. However the last handful of times I have had increasingly disappointing purchases and service. On different occasions I have received two different sized pouches within the same package (as indicated on the purple bags), orange ones that are two toned versus the typical same color orange, and once even 2 entirely different items in the same package (the middle blue is what was ordered). When I reached out the first time, the seller refunded just the incorrect items and placed blame on the Amazon facility and the other times I have not gotten a response. I initially hoped it was a one off because this was a great find but it continues to happen. What is most frustrating is that the cost has gone from $31.99 to $40.99 in a very short period where literally every time I order the price increases by a dollar despite having a subpar quality/items shipped. The distributor clearly values revenue with not much emphasis on quality or service. I hope another seller begins to offer this product or this one significantly refreshes their business. It was a diamond in the rough but now it's just rough.

This is a very reasonably priced phone bag for the ditty bags I’m handing out for a beach campout I’m hosting. They appear to make a very tight foldable seal, have a sturdy lanyard & can accommodate most all phone models.
