Best controller I've used to far

This controller has no match in the market. Period.Right now I feel gaming is held back due to the lack of options in XInput. But since it is the most recognized standard everyone is using the same limited input mechanism. This controller apart from the usual Xbox button brings 4 extra buttons on the back and 2 extra face buttons. Hall effect analog sticks with ability to adjust the tension which I use frequently especially between controller camera and aiming down sights. Gyro is there so that I can play FPS games which doesn't have Aim assist (but steam deck controller is better in this regards). I can right the trigger stop between analog and digital triggers. And it costs nearly as much as a standard Xbox controller. The heft and quality of construction is immediately noticable to be better than Xbox controllers. The provided dongle is better than Bluetooth option because it's faster (in input latency and to setup the connection itself) but Bluetooth also works just giveI haven't used the Nintendo Switch mode and but I am pretty sure that will also work flawlessly. Also works in wired mode which makes it easier to sometime just plop the cable in and start gaming.Only thing better than this controller is the Steam Deck controller itself because it has 2 extra touch pads and touch sensitive analog sticks to activate gyro.Things that can be better (to make it even more awesome - No deduction in points for these):Flydigi please implement Steam Input API so that this controller is recognized in all it's glory by steam rather than the limited Xbox mode. I know Flydigi Space station is capable of doing this but steam input with that steam interface is that much better.Better software experience. The website is clumsy and so many things are in Chinese. Flydigi Space station download takes ages.Make sure the parts availability is better in case this breaks down. I was actually delivered a controller with a slightly broken right analog stick (which I realized kinda late as I the game which I was playing at that time didn't require right analog stick). I thought to fix it myself but couldn't find any replacement part. Since I was still under Amazon return window I just got a replacement. And supplement the replacement parts with guides and videos.

The absolute best controller I have used. This controller far exceeds first-party controllers.I’ve used the Xbox Elite series 1 and 2 controllers, normal PS4 controllers, and switch pro controllers. The Vader 4 pro has been my favorite controller and I’ve been gaming for 20 years. The Vader 4 pro is satisfying to use. The face buttons feel clicky. The sticks are incredibly smooth, no matter the tension you have them set to (this is the only controller I’ve seen that allows for on-the-fly stick tension adjustment). Coming from the elite series controllers, the layout of the four paddle buttons concerned me, but the are fine to use and didn’t really take an adjustment period. The triggers feel amazing, especially on “mouse click” mode.My biggest gripe is the software. Finding a download for the software is difficult. I don’t really trust the software so I run it in a virtual machine because it just seems sketchy. Luckily, the software saves configurations to the controller so it doesn’t always need to be connected. I’ve only actually connected to the software a couple of times. The software does have a lot of options and customizations.

The controller feels sturdy in my hands and is comfortable to use during extended gaming sessions. The ability to change the tension on the analog sticks is a nice feature that helps fine tune aiming, but I could live without. The face buttons are not the most satisfying to use, but they are far from the worst I have seen. The adjustable triggers are satisfyingly clicky when you want them to be, and work equally well for long, even pulls of the trigger and rapid fire ones. The programmable buttons on the back of the controller are easy to get to, but not so easy that you'll accidentally press them (at least in my experience). I found the software to program the controller easy to use. Overall, I love this controller, and will be recommending it to my friends.
