Perfect, no need to pull the starter. Business end goes facing the rear axel into the bell on the driver side. Impossible to correctly torque the bolt without it.

Can be difficult for one person to install, but necessary for proper Harmonic Balancer replacement on an older T1N Sprinter. Keeping in my van toolbox in the event of emergency replacement while traveling.
