I really enjoyed this product. Delicious herbal tea flavor combined with its calming effects. It tasted great with and without honey. It is very flavorful with a fragrant apple under tone. I highly recommend this tea. You will not be disappointed.

Adding honey and letting it steep for the recommended amount definitely enhances the apple flavor.

I drink a lot of herbal tea so was anxious to try the Fokus Herbal Tea. I found it flavorful with a subtle lemon myrtle undertone. There are many different ingredients listed on the back of the Fokus Herbal Tea package but that is the one that I can readily identify. I have not observed an apple flavor though. The lemon flavor for me makes it desirable as a herbal tea, however. Fokus has listed USDA Organic on the package and website which I was happy to see. The tea is enjoyable, light and pleasant to drink. It seemed to relax me so that I found I fell asleep while drinking it which is not uncommon for me but still was happy to enjoy this relaxing mood. There are many wonderful ingredients listed on the package which is a strong plus for me as most of my herbal teas have only one ingredient. This is a herbal tea you won't want to miss for a flavorful, relaxing experience in tea drinking!

I found this tea a bit misleading since it really doesn't have an apple flavor at all. The flavor is really a more general green tea flavor. I didn't find it to have much of an impact on my focus and the tea was just OK.So if you are looking for an apple flavored tea to give you focus I'd look elsewhere.

Recently tried a gingko biloba supplement, don’t recall why, which IS why I also tried Fokus’s Apple Herbal Tea with gingko. There is no official recommended daily intake, but the package also omits an amount per serving. Might be quicker to name the health benefits it doesn’t list, but here goes: “Memory and focus,” “calm and immunity,” “refreshing,” “soothing,” “clarity,” “stress relief,” “energy and ease.” Also refreshing is this tea is “Made in the USA”, although the company address gives only a private mailbox with no city or state (Fort Myers, FL).To the extent tea drinkers care about taste (sorry), I didn’t taste any apple. And, since the bags are not individually wrapped, it’s not likely I’m going to. (And for almost a buck a bag, FoKus folks?) My wife thought it was similar to grass tea, which makes sense because the first ingredient in the seller’s “proprietary blend” is gotu kola, which has a mild grassy flavor. fwiw, I’ll stick with green tea, which I can’t taste either or tell if it works, but it’s a lot cheaper.

I love the many ingredients included in this tea. The packaging says it includes ginkgo biloba, reishi mushrooms, lemon myrtle, gotu kola, ashwaganda, ginger, and licorice root, all of which have their own benefits for health and/or mood. I find myself more relaxed after drinking a cup of this tea, even more so than I do with more traditional teas (green, chamomile, etc.). The ginger also helps with my chronic heartburn so it's nice to drink after a meal. The taste is really nice: the main flavor is apple but you also get hints of ginger and something citrusy.Unfortunately this doesn't make a very strong cup of tea, no matter how long you let it steep. After the recommended 5 minutes it's still more water than tea. Letting it steep for 10 minutes is an improvement but it's never going to have a strong taste. The packaging is very convenient with individual tea bags inside a resealable pouch. The tea bags do not have strings, which I don't mind at all but others might since it makes fishing the bag out more difficult. But again, it doesn't ever get strong so you can just leave the tea bag in while you drink if you prefer.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. To summarize, I really like this product a lot. It tastes and smells great. No GI distress or other side effects that I've noticed. There are just a few quirks that I feel need to be worked out.The first quirk is that the bags blow up like hot air balloons and float on top the entire time. Not the worst thing ever, but they really need to be in the hot water. You can weigh it down with a spoon, but the spoon will be as hot as thejust-boiling water when you go to fetch it.The second quirk is that I'm not really sure how much this is really infusing into the water. There doesn't seem to be all that much in the tea bag, and I don't really know what I am really getting when I drink it. I haven't noticed any changes in terms of mood or anxiety, or anything like that. It does taste great, though. And the third quirk (final quirk) is that the price seems a bit high. These are really fancy, with good aroma and flavor, but it is running at $25.99. That is almost $1/cup for tea I am making myself. With the above quirks, I had to drop it a star. Still very palatable, at least.

This tea kind of has an apple cider-y kind of taste to it. The apple flavor is overpowered by the other spices. It does taste very good, but not as full flavored as I would have preferred. You'd need multiple tea bags to get that flavor, but with the herbal supplements in the tea that's not advisable. I plan to take this to work for stressful days.
